Rules at the camping side

Dear guest,

Welcome to our camping side. We wish you a pleasant stay and want you to have a good time with us! We ask you kindly to avoid everything that could disturb other guests.

Please keep the following things in mind:

Before entering our camping side you need to announce. It is the same with your guests. Our stuff may ask you fou your passport. Before you leave you need to contact us, as well.

Please be careful with our area! Do not break branches off trees and hedges! Dogs have to be put on the lead.

Please make sure that nobody can be injured by your camping equipment! We ask you to use our litter boxes and rubbish bins. If required we can provide yellow rubbish bags for you. Do not make fire. You can barbecue here, feel free to ask for further information.

There is a lunchbreak on the camping side from 1 to 3 pm. And another break from 10 pm. To 7 am. Please be considerate towards other guests if you use radios or any other electronical sets during those times. In general we ask you kindly for thoughtfulness.

If you want to play football please use our football pitch. Before you leave you have to clean up your parking space completely. We ask you to leave until 11 o’clock am unless you made different arrangements with our stuff.

Rules for behaviour in our National park

In our National park Jasmund there are rules for behaviour as you can find them in protected areas all over the world. Please do not leave the walking paths, do not tear off plants or branches. You are not allowed to catch, disturb or even kill  animals in the woods. Please put your dog on the lead and do not walk on closed paths. You have to take your rubbish with you as it is dangerous for animals!

Cancellation and refund

We all know that a plan can change. Suddenly you or your children might get ill, you might be in financial difficulties our you are unsure about your job. Those things happen!

If that is the case please contact us by telefone, fax or write an e-mail! We do not want to charge cancellation fees! Anyway, in case you cancel your stay in the main season we keep 20% of the amount that you have already paid . During the rest times of the year we keep 10% of the sum.

The rest of the amount of money which you have already paid will be transferred on your bank account.
